We loved the beautiful surroundings and the great setting. The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. Parking and transportation were convenient, and we enjoyed being right next to the chateau. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing, everything was great.

We liked the hotel and its modern style. Easy access to a train station. Our favorite venue in Belle-Eglise, staff was helpful...

Good beds, quiet rooms.
Very badly trained staff in particular in restaurant. Food was plain. This is not a chateau in any way it's a large modern conference hotel feels more like being in an office block than a hotel. Very disappointing.

It was quiet, had style and was convenient with a car.
The bed was a little hard and the bar wine price a little high.

Friendly staff, multi-lingual and a caring approach. Well kept and very clean, infact spotlessly clean. will return again if in the area. Ideal for trips to Paris and especially well located for Parc Asterix.
No complaints, only that there is a very limited channel selection for entertainment.Unless you wish to pay 14 Euros for a film.

If you expect nice, quite big room with very nice view and swimming pool it's perfect place. Very comfortable. We traveled with 2 children age 6 and 8 and we took double room plus extra bed and it was ok. Travel to Disneyland took the same time as you travel from the city center (less than 1 hour) . Closer to Asterix park. Must have a car.
Internet (wifi) was working well but they were changing passwords too often (and during night staff did not know the password if old expired). Security box and phone did not worked but it was nothing comparing to other nice hours spent in the hotel.

This hotel is situated right next to a chateau, providing a stunning and picturesque setting. The room amenities, like the terrace and hair dryer, added a touch of luxury. The staff were friendly and professional, offering excellent room service and laundry service. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a newspaper delivered to my room each morning.
All in all, this hotel is highly recommended.

The rooms were well appointed; the food was very good; staff were attentive; location worked very well for visits. Spa area was good - excellent indoor pool
For a relatively new build hotel, it was slightly strange that the rooms did not have air conditioning of some sort. That could be detrimental to their business (e.g. American visitors would be disinclined to use the hotel)

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, beautiful surroundings with plenty of greenery. Spa facilities were top-notch, offering a sauna and steam room, as well as a large Jacuzzi. The dinner service was impeccable and provided a great opportunity to enjoy a romantic evening indoors.
Staff were not always hospitable, and the room temperature was not quite up to par. The pricing for meals was quite expensive for the types of dishes provided, and a lack of local options made it challenging to find alternatives outside of the hotel.

Attractive setting. Secure parking. Impressive buildings. Very friendly & efficient service. Great food - not overpriced @ €25.50 for two courses at dinner. Good bed.
Have stayed in bigger rooms, with more spacious bathrooms, for a *4. No air-con. Breakfast not wonderful.

Comfort of the room and the spa facilities. Friendly staff.
Restaurant decor and light gloomy, eating outside on Terrace overlooking chateau a better bet even if a bit cold.
